Duvernay Veterinary Hospital Inc. wants to bring it's clients attention to the update concerning the deconfinement in progress.
The resumption of usual activities has started.
Therefore, it is now possible to make an appointment to get the usual services offered by our establishment: exam, vaccinations, surgeries, microchips, nail's trim, boarding, etc.
It is also possible for pet owners to come by and get food or renew their pet's medication during business hours.
It should be noted that in order to limit the spread of coronavirus, it is important to respect the following measures that have been put in place:
• A mask as well as disinfection of the hands is required to enter the hospital. If not, it is possible to leave your pet with our staff as the vet will examine your animal and do the consult with you over the phone as you wait in your car.
• The time in between each appointment has been extended to allow for the disinfection of the exam room, instruments and equipment used during the visit.
• Customers must wait for their appointment outside and enter the exam room with their pet right away once it is disinfected.
• For people positive with COVID-19 who would like to consult with their animals, it is possible but with specific sanitary measures.
• It is mandatory that dogs should be kept on a leash and cats in a pet carrier.
• Finally, social distancing must be respected at all times.
